IDRF Executive Night Offline Event

Where is Indonesian e-commerce going in 2027?

In 2026, marketplace fees rose across the biggest platforms, while ads, KOL and affiliate costs kept climbing. As brands plan for 2027, this evening takes an e-commerce perspective on how to sell across channels, pay for growth, and still stay profitable. The evening opens with a keynote from the Ministry of Trade's Director General of Domestic Trade on Indonesia's digital trade policy towards 2027.

We bring together brand leaders in Indonesia to share openly what's working, what isn't, and what they're changing next year, on topics chosen by IDRF members through a community poll.

Personal emails are not accepted

It's an invite-only evening for senior leaders from brands, retailers, and online merchants. All seats are subject to approval based on role, seniority, and company, and seats per company may be limited. We seek your understanding if we can't approve your registration – every request is reviewed in good faith, and you'll hear from us by email either way.

3 areas of discussion

Selling online and offline as one business

How brands connect their stores, marketplaces, website, WhatsApp and live selling, so customers get the same experience everywhere and no money is lost between channels.

Growing without overspending: ads, KOL and repeat customers

How brands decide which ads, KOL and affiliate spend really brings profit, and how they turn first-time buyers into repeat customers they can reach without paying again.

AI: what is really working for brands today

Real examples of where AI is saving time and money, where it has not worked, and how brands make sure their products still show up when customers search with AI.

Who should attend: managers, heads, directors and C-level leaders from brands, retailers and online merchants.
