Consent to the processing of personal data

By this document, the user of the website located at http://idrf.online/ (the «Website» and the «User») hereby gives consent to the processing of personal data (the «Consent») by 24TTL DIGITAL MARKETING SOLUTIONS DMCC (24TTL DIGITAL MARKETING SOLUTIONS DMCC, Licence Number: DMCC-581850, Number Value Added Tax (TRN): 100622528600003) (the «Operator»), with respect to all information that the Website may obtain about the User during the User’s use of the Website.

By submitting an application, posting a comment, requesting feedback, registering, or otherwise performing any actions involving the submission of personal data on the Website, the User provides this Consent to the processing of personal data. From the moment the User ticks the relevant checkbox stating, «I give my consent to the processing of my personal data by 24TTL DIGITAL MARKETING SOLUTIONS DMCC and accept the terms of the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data» this Consent shall be deemed to have been granted by the User to the Operator freely, voluntarily, and in the User’s own interest. The User gives Consent to the Operator to process the User’s personal data for the following purposes:

Identification of the User registered on the Website for the purpose of registration and/or other actions.

Providing the User with access to the personalized resources of the Website.

Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications and requests related to the use of the Website, and processing the User’s requests and applications.

Determining the User’s location for security purposes and fraud prevention.

Confirming the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.

Sending email notifications to the User.

Providing the User with efficient customer and technical support in the event of issues related to the use of the Website.

Providing the User, subject to the User’s consent, with special offers, pricing information, newsletters, and other information on behalf of the Website.

The User gives consent to the processing of the User’s personal data both with and without the use of automation tools.

This Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data (which do not constitute special categories of personal data or biometric personal data):

surname, first name;

email address;

telephone numbers;

information regarding representation of a brand or retailer;

the name of the company on whose behalf the application is submitted;

the position/job title of the personal data subject;

standard data automatically received by the HTTPS server when accessing the Website and as a result of the User’s subsequent actions (the host IP address, the type of the User’s operating system, the pages of the Website visited by the User); information automatically obtained when accessing the Website using cookies.

The User’s personal data are not publicly available.

When processing the User’s personal data, the Operator shall be guided by Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 «On Personal Data», as well as by the Operator’s Personal Data Policy posted on the Website.

In the course of processing personal data, the Operator shall be entitled to perform the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction.

Personal data that are not publicly accessible shall not be transferred to third parties (shall not be disseminated), except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The User confirms that the personal data provided by the User are accurate and belong directly to the User.

Personal data shall be stored and processed until the Operator ceases its activities and/or until the date the Operator receives from the User a withdrawal of this Consent in accordance with clause 9 hereof.

The User has read and agrees that, from the moment this Consent is granted, the Operator shall be entitled to process the User’s personal data received via the Website and to store such data both on physical media and in electronic form. The User acknowledges that the User’s personal data shall be subject to both automated processing (using automation tools) and non-automated processing by the Operator.

The User agrees to receive informational messages from the Website. Such consent shall remain valid until the User unsubscribes from receiving informational messages at the email address provided by the User.

This Consent may be withdrawn by the User or by the User’s legal representative by sending a withdrawal of consent by email to hello@24ttl.net, shishkin@24ttl.net with the subject line «Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.» Deletion of personal data shall result in the inability to access the full functionality of the Website.

This Consent shall remain effective from the moment it is granted until the cessation of personal data processing on the grounds specified in clause 6 hereof.
